Um outro estudo, realizado em 2020 pela Unisanté, de Lausanne, também na Suíça, constatou que jovens de 14 anos tinham 12 vezes mais chances de passar mais de quatro horas por dia em frente a uma tela em 2020 que em 2012. Tal exposição excessiva afeta negativamente a duração e a qualidade do sono.
